The Trade Exchange

I must first apologize for how long this has taken me. After graduation I managed to avoid checking my email for over three weeks. I have been busy as can be I first traveled to Charleston, SC to visit a good friend Julie Hanover. We had a very nice time and she took such great care of me. We ate seafood, walked the bridge, enjoyed a drink on a roof top bar, and much much more. A couple months ago part of my tooth fell off and the pain was unbearable during this time but Julie still showed me a wonderful time! Then I headed to south Florida with my classmates Cari and Monica to visit Cari's parents home in Palm Beach. We had hoped for some time on the beach and an enjoyable break after graduation. We had the joy of visiting Mar-a-Lago for lunch with her dad and some stormy pool time, a visit to the beach, a walk through the Everglades, a stop in Miami, the Hunger Games, and a tour of there beautiful garden. I even took some plants home with me that have made it  all the way to Michigan.
The Trade Exchange turned out to be an awesome event as you can see from the documentation photographs. I ask friends, family, and strangers to bring an object to trade for a handmade bowl. The night was full of fun and festivities.
The wedding is less then 2 weeks away and I am headed to art camp at Oxbow in Saugatuck, MI for the next week! With exciting times ahead I will try to make sure we post more frequently.
