A quick lunch. |

Dinner: roasted beets, oranges, in a vinaigrette. |
Today was a busy adventure. Breakfast was the usual smoothy- straws coming soon! I was overcome with hunger before I was able to eat my lunch and I ate a whole pack of raspberries. They did not even make it for a photo. Hunger did not allow me to wait. Up next I need to make a
berry bowl that will allow me to wash and strain the fruit. Since I was a child when anyone would ask me my favorite food I would always answer fruit. I love fruit strawberries and watermelon are at the top of the list.
I have been thinking about it for a while but I would like to make a set of
wares used for cheese making and after last nights reminder I think I will add it to my list. A big thank you to my friend
Boryana Rusenova Ina for teaching me! This will include a small colander and a weight to place over top to compress the cheese. Dinner was amazing roasted beets from the farmers market with peeled oranges and a vinaigrette. The wine glasses came out of the kiln today so I could not resist ending my day with a glass of wine!

Big Thank You to Zac Weinberg |
This salad looks heavenly. And may I add that I am a proud teacher indeed for I've had my student (you) surpass me in knowledge and skill in the art of cheese making. Cheers!
